Paying less than $2 to access social media is not a problem for them. They don't have that poverty mentality we Africans have. Okot Tonny Mr MP, I would like to inform you that Ugandans are not afraid of paying this tax, they are fastruated for paying imposed tax over constant poor services for decades. 
My only advice to the government is that they should first increase the quality of services that rimes with the quantity of taxes imposed on the citizens.
